Well, dear readers, we've nearly reached the end of another year at IPU, and summer approaches. Last year was "The Summer of Yes" wherein I said yes to new experience and adventure, which as I recall, generally took the form of another shot 'o Apfelcorn. I am now taking suggestions for this summer, "The Summer of ________".
No fair saying "Of The Swan" or "Our Discontent." Those jokes have been taken. By me. Just now.
Let 'er rip.

How about: "The Summer of Beer and Grilled Meat"??? To me, that would be a perfect summer :)
Or, like Dr Y and I, you could take up surfing and you could give up teaching in search of "The Endless Summer"... or, you could just rent the movie "The Endless Summer" and watch it while drinking BEER and eating GRILLED MEAT :)

I was going to suggest the Summer of Love however, that was 40 years ago. Then of course, given my predisposition, I formally suggest the Summer of Anger. Close to the Summer of Sam but with less fear.
